Warning: Outrage will follow
a Iraq for Sale: The War Profiteers film review - 1 person found this helpful
I returned from Iraq in 2005 angry and bitter over my having been deployed into a war that was illegal and unjust. But the stupid brutality of our occupation of Iraq was made all the worse by unabashed, murderous greed of Kellogg, Brown, and Root and other "contractors" who have exploited this war, the military, Iraqis, and "Third Country Nationals" to rip off the American taxpayer. "Iraq for Sale" turns the camera lens on the reality of the War Profiteers with a calm, reasoned, persistent, and unflinching effort to shed light on yet another set of crimes perpetrated in our name. What I and other soldiers like me experienced bears witness to the veracity of this film. But be careful: the outrage that I still feel will follow hard on your watching "Iraq for Sale."
