a Random Lunacy film review
Random Lunacy is a story masterfully told. How lucky that Papa Neutrinoa videotaped his life, and even better, saved the video and gave it to Stephanie and Victor, two film makers who know how to tell a story.
The filmmakers have woven together the life story and philosophical musings of a charismatic free spirit (although those who are taken along on his road trips are not always as free) using flashbacks, narrative, interviews, and live action in a suspenseful, lively manner.
Papa doesn't just talk the talk, he walks the walk, and his wife and kids are there to witness it all. This movie is well-balanced, doesn't pander, and is as truthful as any movie I've seen.
Go watch it! You won't be disappointed.
